Two linked day schools will look first, this term, at the many early varieties of Christianity, how and why some of them become mainstream (‘orthodox’) while others were branded ‘heretical’ and second, in the spring term, at further splits in the Western Church.  The  two day-schools make up an interesting course, but each is self standing and you will need to register separately for each one if you want to attend both. For those interested, a short, optional, reading list can be found on our website
